1-800-922-BIKE At the request of Montana’s motorcyclists, the Montana Legislature created Montana Motorcycle Rider Safety (formerly known as Montana Motorcycle Safety Education Program). Rider safety training in Montana is funded by a portion of motorcycle vehicle registration fee, a portion of motorcycle endorsement fees, and by student class fees.
